Review of Yorkie Splash and Shine!

I decided to buy the Yorkie Sheen Detangler/Finishing Spray because so many of you recommended it, and I’m glad I tried it. Joey’s coat is silky and doesn’t tangle much, but Ralphie has more of a mixed coat or maybe it’s just because it’s so darn thick, he looks beautiful, but he tangles so easily. I keep his saddle short and the legs long, as many of you know as the “Joey cut” and Ralphie's legs were tangling up daily. Anyway, I’m very pleased with the results; tangles came out much faster and not even one little yelp on his part. I really can’t stand it when I hurt him, I know he’s a bit of a drama queen, but I just want to die when I hurt him. Let me add, it also smells wonderful, not overpowering or perfumy like some, but a nice clean scent. It reminds me of something, but I can’t think of what. Maybe some of you know? My son came for dinner the other night, and greeted Ralphie and made a fuss to his wife about how good Ralphie smelled, so it looks like I’ll be buying more as presents. By the way, I also received small samples of shampoo and conditioner to try on my babies, and I thought that that was so nice, I love samples! What a cute picture...and yes you are pretty and know you smell good too! We love Yorkie Splash been using it for a long time...everyone always says Lexi smells so good my boys like to sniff her (skin kids that is) lol
Let me ask you how you use the detangler? Wet or dry to brush??

Let me ask you how you use the detangler? Wet or dry to brush??

Ralphie says, "Thank you!" I spay it on all four legs and fluff it up and then start on one leg. I have a wooden pin brush and a wooden pin comb, all for little Ralphie. Some products work well, but leave a greasy feeling, and this doesn't seem to leave any type of slick feeling. I didn't think of sraying it on the brush, but that's a good idea.

i just ordered some shampoo,conditioner & detangler cant wait to try it, my little guy as cottony coat and tangles just looking at him i hope this help

Hi Cheryl, i am anxious to receive it i cant wait to try it on him, i like to put clothes on him flannel night shirt at nite but the next day he is soooo tangle lol, does Lexi have a silky or cotton coat it's hard to tell but she sure is beautiful

I use it on Morgan. It makes his coat shine

I got some for Wallee and he has a cotton coat...I like the way it makes his coat feel..unfortunately the groomer shaved him just after Christmas but we will see how it works as his coat grows back in. Today I bathed him and he smells terrific..and his coat is nice and shiny.
I am also hoping that when his coat grows back in it will be his adult coat so with that and the shampoo combing him should be so much easier.

What a cutie you have i to have thought of getting Jake cut short but i am hoping this shampoo and conditioner will help alot, here are a couple pictures of him you can see what i mean with his coat lol,

Awww.... He's adorable. I can see what you mean though, his coat looks a little curly like Wallee ' s. I hope the shampoo works for him.
