So sorry everyone. I can't post pictures at the time. my computer crashed at home and we are trying to get it fixed. Then Annie was staying with her Vet. Tech. while we were out at a dance competition for a night. She swallowed Australian sheepdogs arthritis medication. It caused some problems and it was quite.a scare. This was all the
time we got our package. I've been trying to get the computer fixed. Then add to it we have this vacation to Florida that was all booked. Couldn't back out. So, had to leave Annie again. I hate leaving things unfinished. All I can do is say sorry buddy and sorry everyone. I can't view emails or respond at this time. It is my priority when we return next week. I do have one photo on my phone and going to try andup load it to Sherry as she is the only way I can contact Yorkie talk. Sherry. I am going to post one picture I have if it will upload. Thanks for your help. Life has given me lemons and I am trying to make lemonade.

I'm glad Deb was able to get to a library or hotel computer...or even a neighbor. Her SB (and the rest of us) were worried about her!!

Really? I'm sorry I would have been at a friends, the library, something to make sure that my gift was properly acknowledged. But then again I love YT that much to not want to jeopardize my membership by not doing something as simple as a proper thank you.

I also am left to wonder~who only has one computer these days anyway? Each of the members of my house have their open AND my son took one to school with him AND even gave a laptop to my friend to use.

Not to mention just about every hotel room will now supply a laptop, if needed. And they have little internet/computer kiosks, as well... usually down somewhere in the Lobby area.

When any of us, in my law firm travels, we just take our iPads or tablets because we know that if we need to have access to a laptop, for document production, just about every hotel is now very accommodating in that regard. That way we don't have to travel with our heavier laptops.

Theresa and Mr. Riley, I really hope you still participate in the GE's. Especially since Gizmo someday wants the opportunity to spoil his buddy Riley!

Well that is unfortunate. At least she could have placed the items out so everyone can see and not put them in a pile! With the basket she should have took the wrappings off so we can see that as well!! I know Shelly makes amazing baskets and takes a lot of time and heart into them- This is upsetting!

Nothing really to say that will make Theresa feel better, but I'm sorry this happened to you!! ((hugs))

Awe I'm sorry Riley and Theresa that it has taken this long. Geno and I were really blessed to have you and little Riley as our buddy in the GE. We just used our little samples of yorkieshine shampoo and conditioner on Monday. Geno is so shiny and smells sooo nice...he wasn't having it though and rolled all over the carpet, couch, and bed cause I think he hates smelling pretty hahah But his hair is so smooth to the touch, I love it!

I really do try to put my feet in other people's shoes so I really hope little Annie feels better. I would have been a wreck too if Geno got into something like that. I guess not everyone is able to have the advantage of having more than one computer which is okay. Personally, I would have done what I could to contact someone earlier and definitely taken as many pics as I could even if Annie could not be in them cause I know Theresa and Riley put a lot of love and care in their package. Hopefully, she'll follow up with more pictures of Annie and her goodies when Annie is feeling better.

Now that I have Slept On It…. I will make my Comment:

First let me say that I am very glad to hear that no one in her family was hurt, or there wasn't an emergency.

With that said…..
In that whole loooooooooooong paragraph, that starts with so sorry everyone I still do not see the words “Thank You”!

The only time you see a thanks for all the gifts is with a posting of a photo where everything was put into a pile! The plastic could have at least been taken off of the Gorgeous Basket in green, purple and zebra that ChaCha made and it could have been sat where it could be seen. She and I both were soooo excited for her to receive it! She could have at least taken the plastic off of it and sat is so that it could be seen, and then placed the items nicely around it..... especially knowing it was going to be viewed by others. Very Tacky!!!!

I could not agree more. I was one of the people that said "wait, hang on, let's give her a chance" but I see that my mother was right when she told me "if you give people enough rope, they hang themselves"

Just unacceptable, unthoughtful, and I agree a suspension, ban, or at the very least inability to participate ever again in a GE is in order.

It is exactly this type of participates in the GE that make me not want to play. The lack of effort "takes the wind right out of the sails" when your GE ends and this is culmination of the senders efforts.
