| Rose....they are growing so fast and are so darn cute. Our last puppy left today, went to the airport with his new parents and is flying to Mass. I am going to miss the little bugger!!! When I put him in his new Mom's arms, he looked back at me like saying thanks. They look so happy together. Please keep the pictures coming, I love puppies so much!

| Rose, it has been 2 days without puppies here and I am feeling so sad. I really miss the last two little boys, I really got too close to them. I have heard from both of the new Mommy's and they are all doing very well. The puppy that went to Mass. is named Harley Jr, after his dad. (What a compliment), made it great on the plane ride. He got to sit on Mom's lap in the carrier, but Cheryl said that Harley slept most of the way. They got in late, and Harley slept threw the night and woke them with a bark to go outside about 7AM. They are so happy with him, and I am happy for them, but I still miss him terribly. Please tell me about your little ones. How big are they/ Eyes open yet. Thanks for letting me share.

! I feel bad for you. I am up this morning and checking in before I leave for work. I checked the babies a little while ago (day 11), and no eyes open yet. I put a couple of them on the scale really quick, just for an idea of how they were doing this second week (I'll weigh them all for real on Sunday when they are 2 wks old), but so far as I could see with no glasses on and a dim lit room, Spook is over just over 1 lb, and Halle is the smallest...maybe 13-14oz. I'm waiting for their eyes to open to post more pictures - or this weekend; whichever comes first. Just keep coming back Charlene. I'll have plenty of new and pics to share!

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I got a nice surprise in the mail today. It was from the breeder we got Lexie from and the owner of her stud (Bingo Babe Magnet). I had called & left a message with her and emailed her to tell her of the news that Lexie had her puppies, but up until today I heard nothing back from her. She and I have had a good relationship since we purchased Lexie from her, staying in contact when necessary, so though I know she can be a very busy lady, I still thought it was a little odd that I had heard nothing back from her. I knew that she did get my messages because I got confirmation from the AKC that my online litter registration had gone through (I think they had to contact her via email to get that done). Anyway, lo and behold, today in the mail from her I recieved this collage of photos in a picture frame and a copy of Bingo's AKC pedigree! I knew deep down that she wouldn't just NOT aknowledge Lexie's litter and was very pleased with the gift she sent. I had gotten a few pictures of Bingo when we picked Lexie up from her place after their mating, but the ones she sent are a little better and gives me a few more that I can show prospective puppy buyers. This got kind of lenghty, but just wanted to share with you her thoughtfulness. We hope to purchase Lexie's future permanent stud from her in the near future purchasing a pup from a litter sired by Bingo and one of her other small females. Stay tuned for more puppy pictures coming this weekend. Still no eyes open...they will be 2 weeks old this Sunday!

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Well, we are at the next step in our puppy progress....the darling puppy eyes are beginning to open. As cute as they've been, they're even cuter with those cute little open eyes. Candy (1st born) was the first to open her eyes yesterday at 12 day old and Casper was next, just noticing a little bit ago that he had both of his open. I've attached their pictures. Halle will be next as she has one open all the way, the other is only half open. Spook is taking his time...both are still closed. I'll bet they open by tomorrow sometime though. Their little nails were getting quite long, getting snagged on the bedding, so after posting a "how to?" thread, I tried my hand at it and as none of them cried or bled, I guess I did okay. More pictures to come as soon as Halle and Spook open their eyes!

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Light blue color????? Well all eyes are open now. Halle's finished opening up late yesterday and Spook greeted us this morning with open eyes! They are just tooooo cute! Here they are at 2 weeks old #1 Halle (eyes open), #2 Spook (eyes open), #4 group pic @ 2 weeks, and #4 my grand-daughter 6yr old Emily with a puppy pile in her lap. I weighed them this morning ... Spook - 1lb 4oz Candy - 1lb 3oz Casper - 1lb 2oz Halle - 1lb Hopefully this week they'll grow more in stature and slow up a little in weight.

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I've decided that since there will be sooooo many pictures of these ever growing cuties, I am moving and starting a picture thread in the "My Yorkie Pictures" forum. Please come check it out and watch these babies grow If I knew how to post a link to that thread I would...but I'm sure you will be able to find it.

| Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Well, I decided to move at least the "weekly" pictures back here in the nursery thread also, just in case someone misses seeing them in the Yorkie Pictures section. Alot of threads get posted there and they get lost in the shuffle quite quickley. I will continue to post other various puppy pictures in the Yorkie pictures section too, so for some fun action shots....and these puppies are VERY active, stop by there! We are having such fun watching these puppies grow! Anyway, here they are at 5 weeks in birth order... Candy - always on the move! Casper - the most vocal Halle - silly girl, didn't know she was sticking her tounge out at me; also the smallest of the bunch Spook - he was the biggest but now he, Candy, & Casper are all prettyclose
