| Congratulations. I hope they are all healthy and that you will get a wonderful little boy. Or, maybe........ two?? Just kidding about 2 (kind of). Actually I love having multiples, and bringing home the last 2 little sister litter-mates was one of the best things I did. Although it's not the right choice for some people and circumstances. Now your waiting begins for him to grow up enough to come home.

There was no way I could say no to his sweet face & I'm soooooo happy I hve him---such a joy! I know you're going to be just as happy with your new one! Keep us posted & give us pictues when available. |

| I am so sorry about your first puppy, but so proud for you on Rocky! They are all beautiful. My very first yorkie was named Rocky. I had to find him a home after we brought another into our household and he jumped on the new one. That broke my heart! He was put to sleep by his new owner in late January of this year. He had turned 17 years old last September 27. He lived a very good life! Good luck with your Rocky! |

| Thank you, you are all so kind to me. Yes Anniernc, we can hardly wait. Have knitted another Marius sweather for the dog, now in lime and purple This time i knitted in adult size. Did i mention that i have knitted a blanket to him too? *Smiling* The breader and I have planned when i can take him home, im flying to pick him up 9.july. Looking foreward to it!! He will be ten weeks when i take him home. The rest of may is flying away, because we have so many things to do. We are protestants and our eldest daughter is having her confirmation on the 26.may. We are also helping out on the 17.may celebration (Norways birthday), my husband is arranging fun playtime with the kids. Myself, and our jungest daughter, is helping to keep the place klean and tidy. Some have to take care of the garbage too On the 17.may many women and some men dresses up in bunad, many places in Norway have their own bunad. And no one is similar. I have the bunad from the county Nordland, the blue one. I can't wear mine on the 17.may, because i can get dirty. But when my daughter is having her confirmation i ,and many of the guests, will wear it. My daughter inherit her grandmas bunad, the green, and she is wearing it the first time on her confirmation. A bunad is very expensive, and its normal that the jung generation inherit it from the older ones. Its tradition here in Norway. nordlandsbunad.jpg

| Hi friends! I really need some advice now, cause i dont know what to do.... You know when you have a feeling of whats going to happend and then it happends? Well, i do have that feeling sometime. And now my problem is that i have a feeling of that the new puppy is also going to suffer from liver shunt. I dont know if this is a normal reaction after what i've been thru or if its going to happend... And this is driving me nuts. I lay in bed at night thinking about it, i dream about it, and it crosses my mind several times in daytime. I'm now thinking that i should cancel the puppy, and buy from another breeder. But from who and when? I have ordered the plain tickets, and if i cancel the plain i wont get my money back. Oh, I really dont know what to do!! PLEASE, help me out of this missery

| I just found this thread. First off I'm sorry for your loss, I know it had to be hard. Second congrats on your new puppy I don't know which one in the littler is yours but they are all beautiful, I hope July gets here fast for you. As for you question. With puppies I cannot relate. However I can relate with premature loss. 6 months is way too soon to say goodbye. I have 2 beautiful daughters 16 and 12. Before I had my eldest I suffered 2 miscarriages. The second I was 3 months along and took a major toll on me physically and emotionally. Doctors pinpointed what my issue was and several months later I was pregnant with Katie, took the needed medication to get us 4 months into the pregnancy and thus knocking my odds of loss at that point right in line with the general population of women with no pregnancy issues. Until I had her in my arms I was not convinced I would see her healthy and alive. You suffered a tragic problem with your puppy from what I'm guessing was a liver shunt since this is what you are worried about. It's human nature, if you have encountered something once, you expect lightening to strike again. Until you get that puppy and your vet assures he is healthy, you will worry. Best advice is to do the best you can to stay positive. Pray to God for peace while you wait for what I truly believe is one of his 4-legged angels he places on this earth for us. And of course you can always come to this wonderful community for support. I hope this helps and puts some things into perspective for you. What you are experiencing is natural. Can't wait to see more pictures as your new baby grows. Praying for God's peace for you while you wait.
