So what is phase II??? I thought it was going to be the easy part. LOL Should I worry now. LOL So when do we get to start food???? I was always told when their eyes open and they can start getting around they can start with a little food. Someone also told me to start with some baby cereal. What is your thoughts????? |

I expect these 4 will bring me hours of entertainment also. How could you not laugh at some of the things these dogs do. Even now they do funny stuff. Getting batteries for my other camera so I can take a few video's of them. |

Just read through your original breeder thread, and all I can say is WOW! I cried when everyone else cried even though I knew mom survives. That first pic you posted of mom back with her babies was priceless, and no words can describe it. I only wish we could all chip in and send you a plaque for your vet. Something that says that YT thanks him, & offers him the plaque for going above & beyond....I dunno, something along those lines that he can hang in his lobby for all to see. I know that I wish I lived in Texas, so I could switch vets! lol. And you! There are no words that haven't been already used to describe you! I am just glad I didn't see the posts as they were happening! My gosh, hats off to you, & sending you & your babies much love & prayers of thanks. Enjoy your family, & much luck trying to let even one of those miracle furkids go! |

I will let you know when it is ready. Just have to get back to working on it. Hope opened her eyes today. So now 3 of the 4 have eyes. Still waiting for Faith but she will come around in her own sweet time. Now I have a question. The rubbermaid container that I have them in is starting to become a problem. They are trying to climb over the sides. What else can I use that Momma can get into to nurse but they can't get out of??? I have a play pen but the sides don't drop down far enough for mom to get in and out of it. What is everyone else using??? I just don't want a puppy to get out and with being gone when I work I want to keep them safe. |
I would say it's time for an X-pen, that way mom has more room but still in with babies. |
