1 Month Old Today!!!!
 

Riley, Hope, Faith and Baby Grace are now 1 moth old today. Time has flown by over the last few weeks. They are all just growing like weeds!! All are walking and now they are playing a little. Got puppy kisses from all of them now!!!! I started them on a little rice cereal with their formula a few days ago since mom has slowly been reducing their feedings. Today I did add in a little bit of Wellness puppy food from the can and so far no problems. The were eating from the plate.....Hope and Baby Grace have that down with no problems but Faith and Riley need a little guidance still. So far no problems with bowels or tummies so if we continue to do good then I will add a little more puppy food to it.

Weights today are..........

Riley - 15.8 oz
Hope - 13.4 oz
Faith - 13.8 oz
Baby Grace - 11.4 oz.

My good camera is charging so no pictures yet...but I do have a short video of them eating this morning (Thanks to Tammie for getting it for us!!!).


X-Pen will be here tomorrow so they will have a new area where they can get up and walk around more. All of them LOVE to snuggle. I have some that just want to be held sometimes. Guess they miss our bonding time. LOL Sure do love these little things. They are just the sunshine to my day!!

Just found your first thread and read it yesterday and this one today and my heart just grew another size or two. I am repeating my post from the last page of the other thread: What a love story.

Thanks!!! I see you both are not too far from me. Maybe when they get a little bigger we could meet somewhere and you all can see them before they venture off to their new homes.

I would greatfully accept your gracious offer to meet as miracles and miracle-workers are pretty hard to come by these days and here we Texans have the real thing right here in our own "backyard". It would be a great privilege to meet the lady and her little female Yorkie who have in many, many ways fundamentally redefined the very meaning of several of my favorite words in the dictionary. The human-canine relationship has played itself out over the past few weeks in one of its most splendid examples here within your compelling YorkieTalk.com posts that we have all have read, wept, prayed and cheered over. Words can't express what an honor it would be to meet you and the little Yorkies whose beautiful love story unfolded right before our very eyes.

No, Austin is not too far at all. Only about 5 hours away I believe. As they get a little older we can all figure out where a good place to meet will be. And TexasKat08, we can also find a place were we can meet. Would love to meet you also. I would love to show off these beautiful little babies and let those that have prayed for us get the chance to meet them in person.

I am going to try to make the Forth Worth Kennel Club March 26th and 27th. Maybe then, but they will still be very young. Let me know what you think. If not, it's not unusual for me to find myself in your neck of the woods so I can try to make another "miracle puppies meet and greet.":)

If you can find a petsmart, they have canned MAX puppy food and it smells very good and I mixed in a tsp. with the formula and they loved it. I have tried the rice cereal before too. They are really cute and look very healthy. Thanks for keeping us updated.
