I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | What part can't you figure out? Did you download the program? Download the program to a folder you can find, and open the folder and double click on the icon, and the program should instal itself. After you do that go to the part of the program that says "Anigif". After you open that, you should see a little question mark in the top right hand corner, click on that and it will take you to the website, and everything is explained. Mainly you are just adding several pictures together to make one file.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | If you don't make it within size limits it won't work, but since you are a donating member you could have it a little bigger than that. The longest side for a donating member is 125 pixels. If you make it bigger than that, it won't move. For a non-donating member the larger side can be no longer than is 75 pixels.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Good job, one thing I think really helps is to slow the pictures down a little, you have each picture set for 1 second, slowing it down to 1 1/2 or 2 seconds for each picture, allows the viewer to see your pictures easier. Here's your avatar with 2 seconds between frames. By the way, your title page is really cute!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Ok, that's perfect, you did such a great job on the title page, but these old eyes couldn't see it that well. You must be using another program besides the one linked in this thread, I thought you meant you were using photoscape, and I didn't know photoshop had an animation program, I use paintshop pro, and it allows you to vary the time on each individual slide, and also make transparencies, but the free program photoscape doesn't allow you to do this. I see you were able to do this with photoshop, which one do you have?
