What part can't you figure out? Did you download the program? Download the program to a folder you can find, and open the folder and double click on the icon, and the program should instal itself. After you do that go to the part of the program that says "Anigif". After you open that, you should see a little question mark in the top right hand corner, click on that and it will take you to the website, and everything is explained. Mainly you are just adding several pictures together to make one file.
