Puppy searching in MO/IL Hello everyone, We're newbies, and we are currently looking for a little playmate for our one-year-old yorkie girl. We would like to find a friendly and well-socialized cute teddy-bear faced pup that will be around 3.5 - 5.5 lbs. We live in the St. Louis area, but we are willing to drive within about a 3 hour radius. We are looking to spend less than $800 (if at all possible!). Does anyone have any puppies or upcoming litters?? Any breeder referrals? Thanks! staci and erik (and kona)

Welcome to YT Staci, Erik and kona..I am due a litter in a few day. I live south of St louis around the cape girardeau area .. My mother is a 6.5 lb and the father is a 3 1/2 lbs. you can PM me if you like I'll send you pics of mom and dad. Who ever you do get a puppy from screen them very carefully.. I bought from a www.delmacyorkies.com in zalma missouri and had the dog 2 month it started to have sever seizures. (cost me 500 to get the little guy lined out and then gave him away to a loving home) .The woman wanted nothing to do with me or the dog when I called her about it,and she is still using these dogs knowning there maybe a problem in the line and I have talked to another person who has got a sick pup from her too. Just don't be in any hurry you will find the perfect pup. GOOD LUCK TO YOU

Delmac breeder I have a 6 month old female ***Macy*** that I bought from Delmac. Debbie was very helpful and answered all my questions. As a new yorkie owner I had a lot of questions. Macy is a very healthy, happy baby. I've had my furbaby since March 2nd. Maybe the breeder didn't know there was a problem with the puppy. Kassiemacy

| Kassiemacy I am happy you did get a healthy dog from Ms.McCabe. A girl I spoke with bought one from her had it three weeks, had to take it to the vet twice because it was sick..a girl at the vets office said there was a pup brought in, she was sure it came from her that was sick as well. I spoke to her Vet he said he seen alot of Respiratory problems with her dogs. I was new looking for a nice male for breeding. Wish I had found YT sooner because I would have never bought a dog from her in the first place. She lives way out in the boonies, most of her dogs are kept outside in wire cages. Several dogs to a cage. I think she said the shed was heated. I don't know if it was or not, some dogs had black ears, one had part of its ear missing. The first dog she try to sell to me had only one testie, I told her he could not be used for breeding. She seem surprised ..she didn't know the dog only had one testie. She then tried to sell me a dog that was to big for what I wanted, Then she tried to sell me a pup that was coughing and sick. All of this should have been warnings.. but I didn't listen to those warnings. She show me a little male that was 5 month old and he was a nice looking dog. I had him two months he started to have sever seizure. I call to tell her about the dog and her response was " Well I don't know what to tell you" she never ask about how the dog was doing, Never call the vets office to ask about the dog or to ask if it was something in her line. Would never answer the phone again when we tried to call. Our vet seem to think it was a strong possibility of breeding a half brother/half sister together that caused the seizures. She is still using the male for breeding the dogs name is Bam Bam he is on her website ( www.delmacyorkies.com ) under sires. She is not someone I would recommend to anyone. I paid 800 for the dog and spent over 500 getting him lined out..then gave him away to a good home because he could not be used for breeding. The new owner had to get him fixed before I would release his papers to them. IMO I don't feel I got the Top Quality Healthy Yorkie she advertises. | There has been someone on here that has to get rid of their yorkie from the Omaha area. I am about 3 hours from Omaha and could help you out if you get that one.

male yorkie I have a tedi bear faced 8 mos. old male yorkie. How far is Indiana from you? I'm willing to meet you half way to deliver him. He's 6 lbs. and shouldn't get any bigger. His name is Tedi Bair . He looks like a teddy bear and has lots of hair. He's housebroken, a purebred, crate trained, has dog papers and a very nice looking yorkie. I'm asking $600.00 which includes his dog crate that he sleeps in at night and stays in when I'm not at home. If interested contact Pam Brewer at 765-348-0521 or email me at brewerpg@msn.com.

I got my yorkie from a breede in Belleville. I paid $375 with papers. I was told my girl should be 5-7 lbs. I know the weight is more than you want, but the price is much less. My puppy is 16 weeks and weighs 4 lbs and was given a clean bill of health from the vet. If you would like her name, just let me know.
