| He is so adorable, and cuddly looking...what's a hard silk, I'd never heard of that?

| Thank you. A hard silk coat is one that will hold great color, but is very slow growing. When it finally "gets there" it is going to be gorgeous..but it will likely take him til he's 2 or more to get completely blue and into full coat.

| Aww, he's a beauty. We have our 2, but I was going to ask... why don't you give them rabies shots (just wondering) and if someone wanted to fly him home would they be able to do that without the shots? |

| I choose not to give rabies vaccination for a few reasons: 1. Too many reactions 2. if my yorkies were to go against a rabid animal, rabies would be the least of their (or my) concerns..they would likely be eaten or dead...therefore we don't let any rabid animals into the house..lol 3. risks of health problems (cancer, etc.) from over vaccination, etc. NOTHING goes into or onto my dogs that doesnt have to be there. As for flying w/ no rabies.. I'm not going to say.. sure do it. If a new owner of one of my dogs chooses to vaccinate for rabies, that is their decision, and their right to choose. Some airlines require a health cert for onboard pets, some don't. For a health cert, yes they have to have rabies vaccine. I think it is up to the individual what they choose to do with their own pets. I realize it is the law to vaccinate for rabies. I choose to disobey that law. I do rabies vaccinate the dogs I show if I have any question as to their temperament...and the off chance they would snap at a judge or spectator. I have only had to do this once...I tend not to have dogs with nasty temperaments, and I no longer own that dog...that was only to cover my own butt, and keep the dog out of quarantine should the worst happen. That's my 2 cents worth on Rabies vaccinations.

| He is absolutely gorgeous! I used to be one of those who only wanted a female, no "hikers" for me...LOL! But after rescuing Gage last year, he has turned my heart upside down, is more loving than Gabby (and she's a real sweetheart, just finiky on her loving and kisses), and has made me realize what I've been missing by passing over the boys for a girl. Just wish I could bring your precious one into my home but hubby has put his foot down at 2 in the house - and he KNOWS I want a houseful!!! Best of luck in placing him. Suzi

| I have the money but I'm afraid my husband would kill me. I already have 3 dogs but only one of them is a yorkie. My yorkie's birthday is exactly 3 days after Shiner's so they would be the same age. They would make the best playmates but could I handle four? Mine love their walks and 3 is managable but could you walk 4 at one time? Would you let someone with 3 dogs adopt him? My children are grown (I do have a brand new grandson that lives about 40 minutes away). I'll have to give this some serious thought. I know I would love another yorkie but I do love to take the dogs boating, camping and to petsmart with me. I'm not sure I could do that with 4. Anyone else out there have 4? |

| funny to hear you talking about 4 dogs.. and wether that would be too much or not.. I only have one, The Wook.. and I keep going back and forth about getting another one (yorkie of course).. Is it more work for me.. or is it better for Wookie.. would it be too much. I just can't imagine having 3 Not that I wouldn't want 3 yorkies.. but seems like a lot of work.. 3 little furry butts to feed and love all at the same time But this guy is sooo adorable!!!!! I wish I could have him ::hrmmpphh:: Too bad our secret buddy exchange isn't "buy eachother a yorkie" LoL!! Because I would want him! |

| The Wook is a lucky guy. Try having SEVEN! Never enough hands for petting and laps for sitting...LOL Never mind the grooming and feeding, and all of the laundry they can generate..but I wouldn't trade it for the world, they are my "children in Yorkie costumes". Quote:
