They are cute! The male looks like a soft coat. Is he cotton or silk??? Your female looks a little like my Gracie...very sweet!

I would consider is silk. We have a Shih Tzu and I think her hair is cottony, and his hair isn't really like that. His is more like supper conditioned people hair. It is so thick. He was shaved really short 4 months ago and this is how much it has grown. When it is a little longer it lays better.
