Very interesting defense and what i find the most interesting is that you see absolutely nothing wrong with anything you have posted here.

If you read the entire post you will see that all three dogs have been fixed now which means they CANNOT have anymore puppies!! And they are not banned to be yard dogs, we live on 10 acres in the country, they have MORE than enough room to be happy and run. Wow. ETA: I am not a breeder, a neighbors dog broke into the fence while my dog was in heat and got her pregnant. Now she is fixed and no more accidents can happen. The 13 puppies were all given to homes for free. Last edited by jcoulter1181; 07-06-2011 at 07:03 AM.

| You were writing your post same time as I was writing mine so I didn't read yours yet that your Labs were now spayed. And your neighbours dog obviously was intact as well, result was puppies. It doesn't matter. I know you have no clue where I am coming from or wrote what I did, but that is ok. |

As for the indoor/outdoor argument...one of my first dogs was a basset/lab mix. My uncles basset was an indoor dog. My aunt let her out on to the patio to go potty . Her phone rang and she turned around to answer it. In the few seconds it took to answer it, their neighbor's outside lab jumped the fence and locked with the basset- resulting in a very expensive c-section and nearly costing my uncle's basset her life. JMO, but saying "duh" on a public forum is pretty rude.
