yea, so your point is? that was about suitability- not money... it was a couple looking a registered 'teacup' for their 6yr olds bday! i was the only one with a reg tiny at the time- but relevance! the point of that sttement was the its always about whats best for the dog in question bit.

You did not answer those questions, which as a "wannabe" breeder you should know the answers to, backwards and forwards. LP, BATS is quite frankly something so commonly known I'm quite surprised you did not immediately have the answer.
You also should have had those answers on the parents of this puppy you needed to rehome.

YES I do know what they mean and YES I did answer the question and said YES she had been tested but nothing I said was good enough... I feel that all medical questions should be asked but mating issues from the parenst, aww no. Especially if Izzy is to be a pet for her. I think yall have nothing better to do than to sit around and bash people and what YALL call 'wannabe breeders"

Can you send me a copy of your sales contract?

Would you consider having her bile acid tested if she has not been so far?

How is her bite/teeth alignment? Can you give me her dimensions? Hgt/Length/girth?

Can you feel the knees slip in and out of joint when you bend them? Sign of LP.
Were dew claws removed when tail was docked? How are her teeth? Any baby teeth retained? Has she had a dental? Does she have tartar build up? Even though she is not being bought to breed or show, I am still interested in the quality of her breeding and health history. I hope this makes sense and you understand where I am coming from."

I just do not understand at all -- I was not being unreasonable at all. I even got down to the point, I was going to get her as long as I could get 2 answers -- liver shunt and lp/joints? But I never got that much.

I am not trying to get you to change your mind and would have let it go with one post but you made several saying I never said I wanted her and that I made you feel manhandled -- I needed to clear that up. I even told you it was not at all about the money -- it was important that I know things before adding her to my family. That is just plain common sense and CARING about both Izzy and the dogs I already have.

I am so confused here! I NEVER said that I didnt want to or wasnt going to answer your questions but that before I could do so I CHOOSE someone else that I felt Izzy (isnt that who is most important here) was best suited with. I thought we were suppose to place them with who best fits them so why am I being ATTACKED by all these women who have no idea my situation.

Bonny -- what an adorable little girl you have there! She does have the sweetest looking face, doesn't she? Congratulations to you and her both -- I am so glad to hear your rehoming went as it should and you were not left without answers and/or ultimately without a pup. I would have called on her too if I was looking! I just had not really been looking for another puppy just yet. It was one of those things where I was reading another thread and saw her picture. I am still not at 100% with Annie's house-training. I had told myself to wait until she is completely trained before adding another. I will go back to that plan. The right pup will come along. She doesn't have to be that little -- just somewhere close to Annie, who is 3 pounds even. I trust that this was just not to be.

So sorry things didn't work out for you. For what ever reason, it wasn't meant to be. I know when you are really ready and looking, the perfect fit will be there.

also, my situation and your situation- not the same. you didn't do the same as me, because you were not vetting puppy homes in the same way (different than placing a spayed older dog as we do not normally have spay/neuter clauses), and had her sold within hours. you didnt answer all the questions to all the potentials, so you cannot be 100% it was the Best home- although i'm sure she will be treated like a princess by anyone.

anyway, good luck with your future breeding and research for it- there is after all tons.

The question came up as to why I would want to know dimensions of her puppy. Since I could not get any health-related info, I was trying to see if she was in good proportion -- in other words, that she was not extra skinny instead of just a small dog. It was hard to tell with just the first pictures. I was trying to find something that she could easily answer herself since she did not seem to have any records to answer most of my questions. Good proportions would be a sign of good health, although I really wanted to hear about testing. I was grasping for any information that could justify completing the deal.

It had NOTHING to do with your questions lol I answered tons for the other lady also but choose her before I could get back to your questions.

Ok, AGAIN, I have noooo problem answering ANY questions and did so with the new owner. I just choose her over Debra so what is the problem again? Not answering questions? I did and she has been placed....

Nope it's 20 prior to a year and 50 after a year.......

All anyone is doing is pointing out inconsistencies....If questions are being asked of a breeder and valid questions a breeder/seller should have no hesitation in answering them.

No one is bashing or ripping you apart..Debra asked questions, she didn't get her answers.....

I was off $10, sorry and there are no inconsistancies but petty women w nothing better to do than pick people apart! The ONLY reason they were not answered is because I was answering them for the new owner.

And that is the confusing thing. Why answer them for one but not the other? If you had no intention of selling to Deb then why not just be upfront and honest? Why string her along? She was simply asking questions that any breeder should be able to answer off the top of their head. You chose not to answer her questions but use the excuse you answered them for the new owner.. yeah.. that tends to come off a little shady.

Deb I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. I truly hope you find the puppy for you soon!
