| ![]() Disney what other reason would one want an unspayed female for, other than breeding. But I agree let's be optimistic Here's another link that should be read. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...-answered.html

Well I have a family friend who convinced spayed dogs are aggressive (silly and I don't agree) maybe she like that?

No Longer a Member | ![]() Hmmm...I think I'd rather have a spayed female, don't have to worry about neighborhood dogs jumping the fence trying to get a "piece" from her when she's in heat...having to deal with the "mess". I prefer male's anyway, but if I were to get a female I'd have her fixed as soon as I was able to, just to avoid any catastrophe's, i.e. a large male getting in and breeding with her. The puppies could wind up being too big to deliver and kill them both. Yikes! Then again, my landlady has 2 unfixed pets, a male dog (that they complain about because he gets out and breeds with females and then they have to pay the owner of the female the cost of vet bills) and a female cat that is in heat right now, so I have to go outside before letting Rizzo out to clear my yard of male cats looking for her. I've offered to take them in the have them fixed (in case it was a money issue) but they don't want them fixed. I guess some people just dont get it, or believe in it I guess... |
