| WANTED: Breeder in Southern CA I am in search of a great reputable Yorkie breeder. I live in San Pedro and would like to find one near me. I don't want my Yorkie shipped. I was set on buying a yorkie from StarYorkie.com and have had my eye on their site for months now. Then I did a search to see if anyone had any complaints about them............ boy was I shocked! I read a lot of the negative feedback and I'm NO longer interested in buying from them! A few years ago, I had bought my yorkie Mia from a breeder in PA (I recently relocated).. only to lose her a few weeks shy of her 1st birthday. As a matter of fact, it will be 4 years this month since I lost her. I was beyond devastation.. cried on the subway, not caring who saw me.. on my way back home from the vet. I mourned her for years.. even got a tattoo in her memory and I'm also creating a clothing line in her memory. Everyone told me to contact the breeder and have her give me my money back. I didn't care about the money, so I never did. Besides, she made me sign a contract that only offered a health guarantee of 2 weeks. I know, that should've been a red flag. Her vet said she had liver shunt but it was too late at that point. Please let me know if you know of a great reputable Yorkie breeder that I can contact. Thank you for taking the time in reading my message. |
