| I appreciate all of your comments on this situation. I totally agree that a breeder has every right in the world to choose where the puppy goes. I have not ever said that I was against that. I was just truely confused about the entire situation. I mean one minute we are talking about the possibility of him being shipped to me on Saturday and on Sunday I am getting an e-mail that he will not be mine afterall. I had been very excited about getting him and many of you shared in my excitement and had been wanting updates and photos of my new baby. The whole point of this thread was to keep those of you who were concerned in the loop with the what had happened with him. As far as my calling the vet, as I stated I had called as a reminder to have those knees checked not to try to get info. from the vet. This was his 2nd time to the vet (he had gone the day before for the health certificate) and the 1st time there was no report given on the knees. In the meantime I had been notified by another Yorkie Talker who had been in a similar situation to mine and her pup was shipped w/LP. I wanted to be certain that nothing was forgotten on this 2nd visit to the vet. According to the warranty that I signed LP is not a covered thing and I wanted to be sure that before the pup was shipped and before I spent 2000.00 on a pup that he would come to me with no problems. I understand that 2000.00 may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but you better believe it is a lot to me. I also agree with you all that this is a blessing is disguise. I try not to have hard feelings about this whole situation and I am moving on. So thank you all for your advice and opinions on this matter, and once again my intent was not to start any problems rather keep my Yorkie Talk friends updated on my situation. We care about what is going on in one another's lives and I think that's great!

| Please call my vet..ask anything you want to know about me or my Yorkies..tell the vet to check any body part on your puppy you want checked..if you have the slightest hestition...the check will be in the mail right back at ya! I do not need or want stress and headaches over a puppy...if the pup is not right for you, believe me the next in line will be happy to hear it. |

As for "once again"...how quickly you forget. It was your "DEBUT" on this forum where you and several others accused me of being the one who notified Royal Puppies of eensor's post of her email. Even when the person came on herself and admitted to it, no one ever apologized to me or retracted the accusations. I went back and checked and admin deleted your post but I am sure you remember it now.

| FYI...Admin didnt delete my post on that thread Kim... All I did was ask if it was you that notified Royal Puppies. I remember the member that came on and "confessed"... funny how she miraculously appeared that night and then never posted again on YT. Can you stop making this about you please? This is about Beth and her heartache over losing the puppy she wanted so much!

As for "why all of a sudden breeders are getting contacted over posts HERE" I would say you should expect on a public forum about yorkies that yorkie people know other yorkie people and with search engines, etc., everyone in the yorkie world has the potential to read what was written at some time or another. Isn't that why you posted those letters here about your bad breeder experiences and you got the results you did??? It happens both ways. The internet has made us a "small world indeed".

| Socal- as far as going through any trouble to find the vet- I called information and asked for the vet in Henrietta- NO PROBLEM. In case it has been forgotten I called the vet to talk to Kim. Since she was not there yet I left a message to have her call me. Before getting off the phone I let the receptionist know why I was calling and simply asked if she knew if his knees had been checked as to not be redundant when Kim called me back. Shortly after that I got a hold of Kim and told her immediately that I had left a message at the vet's office for her to call me and why. I had absolutely nothing to hide. I can see your point though as to how it may have been perceived. As for the other "issues" that I apparently have, I would be quite interested myself to know what they are. As stated in her e-mail apparently the first thing that bothered her was: "I guess the first thing was when you called the vet's office about Diesel." The only contact I had after that was telling her which pup I would take in his place and when he would be shipped. Like I said I am moving on. However if others would like to stay on this subject - it is your life. Do as you please. Have a great weekend...I am done.

| Do you all realize how immature you are making yourselves look? First of all, Beth obviously just wanted someone to pat her on the back and tell her that she was right and Kim was wrong. Personally, I wouldnt go to a chat room of perfect strangers and ask them advice on something that concerned my life.. especially if it was sooo devistating and heart breaking as she makes it seem. Seeing all of this reminds me of junior high and it makes me sick to my stomach. Poor, poor Susie get her feelings hurt and wants to feel better about herself so she goes to a group of people and mouths the person that hurt her feelings... then that group continues to mouth the outsider, furthering the self esteem of Susie... then the group gets caught, something that wasnt supposed to happen (God forbid).. so they all gang up on the outsider.... not even knowing the whole story, at all. Not to mention the fact that NONE of the other people should even be concerned about the outsider. For all they know, the story could be completely warped into Susie's perspective.... because she did get her feelings hurt, and she did just want someone to justify her emotions. --- All of you have way too much time on your hands to just sit around and mouth someone that you dont even know, do you all not have jobs.. or something to do instead of this... kudos to those of you who tried to stop this insanity.. but to those of you who threw fire to the flame: I can honestly say that I am ashamed for you all.. even Tara, you HAVE a puppy from Kim and you love it.. and its obvious, but you just hopped right in there and bashed Kim along with everyone else.... theres some real stability for you. And Beth I hope you got what you wanted out of all of this, boy, youve really proven yourself. I can see why Kim thought there might be some conflict in the future if she went ahead with this.. no telling what you would have done if she had given you this innocent puppy.. yes, I would have to say this is all a blessing for Kim and Trigger.
