| Thank you, I knew what I was getting into when I got her. She is a fighter and doing very well! The neurology team at UT have just started her on a new treatment which gives me hope!

| They have been ruled out as neurological issues... and as I have a daughter w/ epilepsy and many neurological problems... I am familar w/ them and that was my first thought. The vet is the one that told me it was the feeding... as soon as we changed that... boom... but ... if I am late or if she doesn't eat... it could still be a problem. Blood sugar (and believe it or not... my husband has cancer... my 14yr old has severe epilepsy... I have 2 w/ asthma besides myself and I have diabetes...) causes neurological side effects...like someone is drunk when their blood sugar is low. She is only 1 freaking pound... she has no reserves! She is also the first one I have had this small so I have had to learn on the job... but didn't want anyone else to have to... |

| I mention the blood sugar issues there... and if you search blood sugar any where on here you will read about the neurological side effects. So please people... I am not going to push this dog on anyone... plenty of people will want her and if not... I get to keep here whether my husband wants a tiny or not... so I win either way... I just don't appreciate someone insinuating that I am trying to sell a sick dog. For one thing I have mentioned numerous times to people I have a 1 month health guarantee for all congentital defects. If your vet finds one... produce the vet papers and I take them back... give your money back...no questions or condemnations ... |

| It's obvious that you love this little girl very much and are trying very hard to find her a home. What tests did they do to rule out the neurological problems and did they look for an open font? The open font aspect is very important. I'm sure your vet already told you, but don't rely on the nutrical too much. It only causes a short term spike in the blood sugar. Feeding multiple times a day as you are is the best way to maintain the blood sugar.

| I think you were up front and honest about your baby's propensity for neurological problems or similar episodes (low blood sugar) .... and YES, it is obvious you love this little girl a LOT! You said you were NOT going to send her off to a family with young children and you emphasized that the new owner MUST be well learned about "teeny tinies". I really hope no one is trying to start trouble. And although I think little Yorkies are cute, it is a very serious responsibility to be the momma of one. Good Luck finding the proper home for your baby ... I pray that things work out. Do not let one person make you feel sad. Someone else on here is having a problem with a "tiny". They need special love and attention. Quote:

| First, you're absolutely wrong about me. I was never trying to be rude and yes maybe I should have pm'd you but I felt the need to post. You can ask just about anyone on here and I don't think you will find one person to say I've ever been rude. I stay out of the drama and was very hesitate on posting anything about this. However, it wasn't just the neurological issues that you happened to mention that worried me, it was many other things. I will straight out tell you the truth now on why I didn't take your maltese. I simply do NOT trust you. You mentioned differen't things to me that raised a huge red flag. If anyone cares to hear about those things they can simply pm me and I will tell them. I won't bother to post on here and add to the drama. I truly hope that these babies are both very healthy and my gut feelings are all wrong. I've been on YT now for some time with many of these people. Many of us have become quite close and its like one big family. I never said this girl of yours was sick and only felt the need to speak up because I do care very much about the people on this board. You can think whatever you want of me, but I only posted because I believed it was the right thing to do.

| Before you believe Dina that I am deceiving you.. ask yourself how she knows... she told you herself....because I told her... why would I tell her and not everyone. she was interested in my maltese... but said she might be interested in my tiny yorkie... it was one of the first things I told her on the phone. I wouldn't risk the dog's life for a sale. I love her... carry her everywhere... clean her poop... wipe her butt... she is like my baby for gosh sakes... so I am going to ... what... send her to someone... not tell them ... and let her die of low blood sugar? Ok...rant over... I hope |

She would never post something negative about a breeder or a dog unless she had a darn good reason and I know this for a fact. I also know she would never start drama, she stated her opinion fairly IMO and I respect her opinion. | |

| Dina might not have trusted me... I was dishonest...told her the maltese didn't use the piddle pads much... and he doesn't ... I take him out...he loves outside... but if he is inside and I don't take him out when he needs to go he always uses it. I thought she wanted one that would only go outside and some people are scared off if you try to piddle pad and crate train. My mistake... I like her a whoooole lot and really wanted her to get this dog. I have had to turn down so many people and she seemed to be perfect. I have never had anyone not trust me... so I am stuck... I don't know... maybe I get over zealous when I actually find someone who I would hand pick to take my baby. I mean there is a girl on here... again the one from Mississippi... she can tell you... she has had to try to talk me into selling her this dog because she has a child. A childless person that adores there dog's like children... sue me for trying real hard.... I must be a bad person...lol. The thing is... she made a big mistake not taking the maltese ... he is perfect...lol. My husband just pointed out he thinks I point out too many negatives... I tell every little thing about their poop...color ...texture... and I over ... OVER emphasis problems so no one can say I didn't say it. As a matter of fact even this blood sugar thing... it has only happened about 5 tms is 5 months... maybe only 4... but they are tramatic for me... so I am sure to over emphasis them! How many people do you find that work non stop on potty training their babies... well I do... why? not because I love to clean the poop off them... instead of pulling out a drop tray... because then the people I sell to are less frustrated by their new puppy and everyone has a better experience. I am not mad at Dina... I just wish she would have pm'ed me... and if my answers didn't satisfy her... then she could have posted here... but I would have sent her person after person I had told about her need to eat often and on time ...here... Please... if you don't want a tiny... that is much more delicate that even a 2 or 3 lber....don't buy this one... don't email me about it... unless you just want to see pics for fun... that is fine...not a problem. |

Ok, for the last time I was never trying to say you were a liar and I only felt the need to bring this up so others on here would know. You have to understand that you are new on here and I am not. I consider these people my extended family and I didn't want to see anyone hurt. My only hopes were that you could explain this more to everyone because your answers to me made no sense over the phone. I was only interested in the maltese because I have been looking for a male baby. However, I did say "as a joke" if I saw her that I'd end up wanting her also. Perhaps you did not realize I was kidding. I did not mention all the reasons that made me not want your maltese. I simply stated about the neurological issues with the girl and that was it. There were quite a few other things that you said that plain out scared me and they were my reasons for backing off. You say you were honest and telliing me these things about her and perhaps that was somewhat true but there was a lot more to the story than just that. Again, I hope both babies are very happy and healthy and find wonderful homes.

| Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I really hope that this thread doesn't get closed, because this little girl needs a home. Dina is a wonderful person and she loves her dogs like her children. She wasn't trying to offend anyone, I PROMISE you that. We've just had a lot of people on here who sell their dogs, then something goes horribly wrong. She wasn't trying to say that you were dishonest or anything, she was just trying to stop the possibility of something that might have happened. I think you sound like you love this little girl very much, and I know you will find her an excellent home. I wish you the best of luck.

| "Dina is the MOST devoted dog owner I have *ever* known, not to mention one of the sweetest, most kindhearted people you will ever meet!!! She would never post something negative about a breeder or a dog unless she had a darn good reason and I know this for a fact. I also know she would never start drama, she stated her opinion fairly IMO and I respect her opinion." Someone wrote that... and I believe I said that myself. If I didn't give a crap or was a bad person... why would I want my dog to go to that kind of owner? It wasn't fairly... the moderater even ask you to pm if you have a problem and try to resolve it... doing that... I might have solved her issues w/o calling my character into question. This is not the time in my life I can handle stuff like this. I am a mother of 4 w/ a dying husband... I don't need this drama. I do see now why people like wolfie say this place is crazy attacking... if feels that way tonight. And the funny thing is I was thinking about posting about how great this site is... I am on a boston terrier and min. schnauzer rescue site so I can help transport.... and on a maltese site...and none were this good.... I was going to aske if anyone new of a maltese site that was... but well.... I guess I don't have such happy feelings anymore! I don't have to be on here to sell dogs. I don't even sell on here... but since I'm not sure is the lady that is suppose to get GiGi is going to or not... I thought I would post it here preimptively because I met Dina and I thought... this is the kind of owner I would want for my dogs. But I do think some people get so wrapped up in their dogs maybe they forget how to treat people... w/ respect. |

| Ok... dina ... you get what you want... I am off this web site... as soon as I figure out how to cancel my membership. You still imply that I told you things about casper that sent up a red flag... good luck... he is perfect ... the only thing you could even think I was dishonest on was the piddle pad thing... and that was not totally dishonest. There is nothing else...no health issues... no nothing wrong w/ him... I was talking to you like a friend... and I was thinking you would be a wonderful one to have up here in this hell hole of a city where people are mostly unfriendly.... but but.... there is nothing wrong w/ casper... and you might as well tell everyone what you thought was because your implications make it much much worse than what ever bad you think there is. He is a boy... period... I can't find anyone to take boys... I sold 5 lately for very very reduced prices... people didn't want boys.... then people did... and they were sold... but no one wanted a boy maltese... they all wanted girl maltese... I am not giving him away... period. Maybe you got confused about some other story I told you.... I don't know... I was chatting w/ someone who I thought was nice |

I refuse to keep going back and forth on here about this. You made the comment that I could have contacted the moderator first instead of getting on here and doing this. Well, I actually did message the ADM and was told there wasn't much they could do and if I wanted to post a comment that would be up to me. I have nothing else to say about this matter.
