| ![]() Choosing the right color bow has more to do with what enhances the yorkies gold....gold with more red tones to it do best with orange bows...great golds can wear most any shade of red...I don't like the reds with blue tones to it....it seems to dull the golds.....I've used black on dogs with a lighter gold. I've never picked the bow based on what I was wearing.

| ![]() Always try to wear colors that complement your dog. Jewel tones are good for most dogs. Solid colors are better then busy prints as again your dog can become lost to the judge's eye in them. Woman should avoid wearing long skirts as this can distract both the dog and the judge. Another tip for picture taking - avoid dark colors on your top half as the dog will disappear into them!
