Wow I have to say you come across a bit judgmental regarding the Marshall situation. Maybe you should remember when you point a finger at someone you have 3 fingers pointing back at yourself. Using words like "dealt" with ...you should be ashamed of yourself. Remember someday you will meet your maker and you to will be Dealt with !

JenCar is who I am talking to postings as you would say "APPALLING" and maybe you should look in the mirror it is people like you that as you would say you and " this situation has the potential to be a bad mark against exhibitor/breeders and rescues!"

It really angers me that you and others are more worried about a reputation then weither or not Marshall is in a loving home forever. I am sure if Marshall could talk he would say you should be ashamed. Oh and believe me I understand a breeders reputation. Put facts are facts if you produce beautiful top quality show dogs that people want that is what matters most in the show world.

I think before you come to this thread and start posting about anything, you should familiarize yourself with who said "what", where and when!

My first post on that thread, I believe I might have been the first and only member to bring up concerns about Marhall and his future in that thread.

Also, I wasn't even the one who used the phrase "dealt with" on this thread.......you need to get your facts straight before you come on and start bashing/judging anyone here!!!

Btw....I AM sure if Marshall could talk it would not be me that he is appalled at and ashamed of......and I think you owe me an apology! As I look in the mirror everyday and am certainly not appalled as you suggested I should be....I have a good and kind heart....AND,...it is reflected back to me in the mirror each morning when I look:)

I think that we have to go out on a limb and trust some, but every time we do, there is a chance that the trust can be broken. So you can't judge a breeder as doing the wrong thing when they trusted someone that they thought were trustworthy because the only way to prevent it from happening is to never place an intact dog. Good breeders do their best, but there are always thorns in a rose bush.

It appears you are very unaware of the facts surrounding this entire
situation, however there are those of us who are and it's not an ideal or ethical situation.

You seem to also be unaware of the rules and regulations that are envolved when becoming a member of a regional breed club or a national club. Yes, one signs papers to uphold the bylaws, ethics and conduct and what each club stands for. If one doesn't then one deals with the consequences.

You've take offense to my attempt to educate those that are interest of how a club operates and the steps that are taken in situations like this. Your reaction speaks volumes.

You're right and really wish Marshall had the ability to speak/act in his own behalf. In 3 seperate homes since October; 2 of which have only the goal on capitilizing on his Championship and background. One I we know had in excess of 30 dogs, not all of one breed. This is the home he's in now. He also was kept in a barn during the winter months.

But, lets not excuse the original owner that sold him, all in the name of money.

Oh my goodness, this is so horrible, just so some breeder can advertise a champion on their "line".

Although steps will be taken through the breed clubs. I would like to see a good old fashioned, "take them out and lench 'em"......then let little Marshall do a leg lift on them! I have zero tolerance for this kind of thing! It does certainly show people why obtaining a dog from a reputable exhibitor / breeder has become so difficult. So much damage in so many ways. My heart goes out to Rosanne who is one of the most reputable breeders anyone could hope to know.

Golddust - next time could you please quote who you're talking to/about or at least put their name so that we know.

I really don't understand your anger with JenCar... what does she have to do with the situation at hand? She's not the breeder, exhibitor, seller or buyer - so why are you angry with her?

I guess it's just me but when I look at this situation - I don't see it as just one thing. It has to do with what's happened to this dog - with the people doing this - what they had promised to do (code of conduct).

This is what I woke up to. Nothing else related to this topic other than this VERY THREATENING message. This is below the belt.

I see you had a follow up message. It's comforting to know I'm not being threatened. But it doesn't make it right.

You are listed as a contact person for SOS rescue. Just as another person involved with this is for a different org. Or do you know her? Is this why you are responding this way? Rescuers do great work. Of all the people out there, I would expect you to have the highest sympathy.
