You have some really great shows in Texas! These are the shows where my boy Sonny, CH Alisstar's Southern Son, was shown. He won his first Major at this show. I wasn't there but he was shown by Trish. Wish I lived closer to ya'll. I hope everyone has a great time.

I think the shows in Texas can be attributed to the people there. I've yet to see them not welcome newbies that are willing to learn everything about yorkies and showing be turned away.

Trish is marvelous with her handling skills. And boy do all her clients dogs love her. I sent my Denny up to her for boot camp. Now whenever, he hears her voice, I lose total control over him.....he's looking for Nannie.

You are absolutely right! It is the people that make the show. Friendly people make it so much better. The club I belong to is having our show in September. We have Friday so I'll take a day off work to help in the fun!

Trish is spectacular with charges and they usually show all out. I think Ken may have shown Sonny a time or two also. I'm sure Sonny would be the same if he was anywhere he could hear her voice.
