How to wrap I',m still having trouble wrapping. I have read, researched bought sweetyblue DVD's on show coats but am frustrated with it Should I be using plastic wraps on body of coat and deli paper on face? I am using quality shampoo and conditioner but seem to be always faced with dryish, dull coat. It could be the type of coat of my male. I ended up cutting him back because I noticed breakage I am determined to figure this out. I mean if a bizzillion other people can have a beautiful coat, I can learn too. I would really appreciate input. Thanks

This is a good link on wrapping but it is a Maltese but they wrap the same as Yorkies. One thing, some dogs do better with a heavy oil and no wraps. Do you have any pics of your dog that you are wrapping. How old is the dog? http://www.bhejei.com/groom-wrapping.htm Deana Prestigeous Yorkies and 2 Maltese

It is a method to use to grow show coat to prevent breakage. Some coats do better without wrapping, just using oil and no wraps, Deana Prestigeous Yorkies and 2 Maltese

Deana how do you know which coat to wrap and which not to. My Fergie has a very silky coat and I just have no clue how to get her coat to grow more. I took her to her first conformation class and she did great. The woman at the class told me to water her! At first I thought she meant to make her grow. She meant to just water her down every day, she said it would make her coat grow faster. I don't think she raises yorkies!!
