| Donating YT 10K Club Member  |  As heartbreaking as it is to part with a pet I have to commend you for obviously having this gal's best interests at heart. I, myself, re-homed a retriever once, not because we didn't love her, but she deserved more. This site is a great place to find her the perfect forever home.

| Please, please, please if you truly love your little girl hand her over to a reputable rescue organization that is trained on finding her the best home possible. They have the experience to know what to look for and what to ask so your little girl will not fall into the wrong hands. They do home visits and know what to look for concerning her safety along with a higher chance that this will be her forever home. There are many questions to ask and they know how to ask them. Unfortunatetly you do not know the people on the net and they can say a lot of the right things but have evil intent. You saved her from an awful life - good for you - and I'm sorry you feel she needs to be rehomed but will contact some friends for you in that area - Hopefully you'll find a great home for her with someone you can trust - GOOD LUCK ! and LOL Tiggerwit !! Just saw your post ! I am thinking of who lives in that area and do know someone - it's pretty far to Irving - and Livingdustmops is right in what she said too about Rescues - but in some cases - there are some people here that we really do know pretty well - I hope I hear back from my friend soon - she is VERY trustworthy !!

| Yes, I would take her as well, to add to our Crew of Rescues! My concern was the husband's reaction, but he was fine!  So it sounds like "JustJoey" has plenty of fine YT homes just waiting to spoil and love their baby. And they'll get to pick the one that sounds like the perfect fit for her!
