How could those eyes not just drawn you in and melt your heart. I am sitting at my desk right now with tears in my eyes and I am sending you prayers for a day of no pain ,sweet little Roriee. You have forever touched so many hearts little girl.

Me too! I am praying for the day Roriee looks into the camera and has happy eyes. God bless her.

Little roriee you be the guide for what you need. If you are too tired it is ok. If you want to keep fighting that is ok too. Just know you are loved. I know that everyone is so happy that 'their' little puppy is making so much progress but I see the scared little face looking for the one person that has loved her, fed her, washed her, gave her the meds i was supposed to give her, cleaned her up, and held her for hours/days /weeks/months.......

now my arms are empty, the house is empty, and my heart is shattered in pieces. i cant even say her name outloud because of the tears that continue to fall. its like my eyes are raining and i cannot stop the rain.

i should be the one who is nursing her, i should be the one who is getting her treatment taken care of...but its not me and we both are suffering....i see her eyes and i know...i know she is looking for me....


i am very glad she is doing better.....

My heart is ripped to shreds just following Roriee's story and seeing her pictures. I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through right now, but please know you are also in my prayers. I pray not only for Roriee's pain-free days, but for your physical and emotional healing during this time. Keep in mind that you did a selfless thing for your baby and even though she certainly misses you, she is in very loving, caring hands. God bless both of you.

I feel the same as the others. I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling, but what you did was selfless, and shows the deep never ending love you have for your baby. I don't know if I would have had the courage and strength that you had to have. Your story has touched me in a way I could never explain. I pray for your recover as well as Roriee's.

I looked into Roriee's eyes and I cried and then I read Randi's post and cried some more.

I am glad Roriee is doing better, she looks so small and fragile.
