If not true, I think the message was received this is not the place to play this type of game. I offered a home just in case it was real. I have fostered many dogs and can usually tell those who are sincere from those who are not or have no idea what is in the best interest of the dog. Yorkies are highly coveted in this area. She should have no difficulty finding a home if she was sincere. I think it is pretty clear those on this site are very protective of our little ones, especially those most vulnerable.

My goodness. I was just as I said, a widowed Yorkie owner uncertain of what to do with her troublesome, but adorable little dog. I haven't been back because this isn't a site I frequent unless I would be looking to find a puppy or in this case looking to part with one. I am in no way some "scam" and am now hesitant to use this site for parting with my little girl. I just checked back in today for the first time because I am still unsure if getting rid of her is the right choice or not. She is a beautiful dog and putting a pic up here would find her a home right away. I won't give her to just anyone, I'll keep her if that is the only choice I have. I will look into Yorkie rescue or continue to ask around locally for a loving home.

I am glad to hear you are sincere in your efforts. Please remember there are soooo many people out there that do take advantage of these precious pets, using them for their own agenda. I once again offer my home to your little one. My friend fosters for Save A Yorkie rescue. I would suggest contacting them if you feel overwhelmed. They do a wonderful job of caring and placing little ones to wonderful homes. I am sorry if you felt attacked. I think we sometimes forget not everyone has the ability for frequent internet communications.

Just wanted to say that I am sorry that this thread has appeared to hurt your feelings, then made you mad. It sounds like you have had a very difficult time recently and you do sound sincere. Hope you can find the perfect home for your little girl.

In defense of Linda and the YorkieTalk Community, however.... Please understand that the beginning of your thread was your first post. We have not had a chance to get to know you. There have been scammers on YT and members that have been scammed. Other members just want to warn everyone to be cautious. I also hope that you will be cautious rehoming your sweet girl, because we do not want you to be scammed, either, or for your girl to fall into the wrong hands. Hope all works out well for you.
