I had contacted her about this furbaby: female yorkie - Yorkshire Terrier - Yorkie For Sale I would get her as Cookie's sister but she is between 6-8 pounds and with Cookie's hips, I need to try to find a furbaby under 5 1/2 pounds...This little girl is only around 2 years old and is need of a good home as a furbaby!! If you can help, please try!! I am posting a picture of the sweetie!!

| It's called an umbilical hernia and happens at birth. They sometimes require surgery, not always it depends on how large it is. The surgery is fairley simple and usually done at the time of the spay/neuter. If you are interested in the dog don't let that scare you off it's really not a big deal. |

| Why do you have to find one under 5 1/2 lbs? It says because of Cookies hips, but, not sure as to why you have to find a smaller one? sorry if it's a dumb question I sent that link to my sister, she's in KY, but, only 3 hours from there. If I were closer and wasn't going to start breeding, I would take her Last edited by phfgkl; 05-13-2009 at 04:28 AM. |

| No...That is not a dumb question....We do not want to get a dog much bigger than Cookie because she has bad knees and hips that pop. I know that when animals "rough house" they may run into each other and I do not want Cookie to get hurt...Maybe I am being over protective Anyway, the lady that has this baby was really nice and wants to find a good home for her. I just thought that I would list the baby here so that she could find a good home! Quote:

| She is adorable. Like I said, if I weren't going to be breeding, I would take her in a heart beat. I really am hoping my sister can find someone that would like to have her. Think my sister would take her in a heartbeat, if she didn't already have 5 dogs. $200 for her is very very reasonable. There are always ones on here wanting females and older, hopefully they will see this. We'll keep our fingers crossed. |
