That is so sweet of you....just remember there are tons of us out there! Unfortunately we see so much of the negativity, but there are a LOT of people out there doing remarkable things for the pups who have been tossed aside by cruel people.
I learned from a person I totally admired and there are lots more in rescue who just blow me away with their tireless dedication. Makes what I do look pale in comparison.

Does anyone have any information on where these 5 Yorkies are being auctioned off? I keep reading but see absolutely nothing.

What five yorkies being auctioned off? Are you on the wrong thread perhaps?

That's old news. They were auctioned off in December.

Denise sent these cell phone pics of Ella this morning and she wanted me to update everyone. Ella has been seeing a dermatologist to help her with her ongoing battle with allergies and yeast. She also has been having some problems breathing from the damage done to her trachea when she was inhumanly debarked, they are considering placing a stent in her throat if it continues to worsen

She had some xrays taken and her trachea is crushed to 1/3 its size. But Denise is taking great care of her and she is getting the best medical care possible.

It makes me so sad. I really hope she starts to feel better soon and gets the opportunity to live the rest of her life without aliments.

On a happier note she is still working as a therapy dog and spends the whole day with Denise and loves it.

The first pic is little Ella's back feet, she sleeps under the covers with Denise and didnt want to get up this morning

the second is when the little angel decided she was ready to get up.

I usually don't get emotional reading threads, but reading your post and seeing her picture broght tears to my eyes (good tears)
I think her feet picture was what pushed me over the edge. She looks so happy and who wouldn't being able to sleep in!!

I feel bad that she still has some medical problems to get through, but her hair is growing!! She looks SOOOOOO GOOOD!

Poor Ella I feel so back for her that she is not well. Denise is such a wonderful person for all that she has done for Ella in the very short time that she has had her. I am in shock that she is having problems because of the horrible creatures that had her most of her life. May they rot in he!! for what they have done to this precious little girl.

I just love the pictures of how she looks in the morning. They remind me of when I would get my kids up for school when they were little.

Please tell Denise that people like her (and you

) have a very special place in my heart. Now I am crying.......

I just read through this entire post and then went back and looked at the first picture again. llcornell God Bless You for giving this little baby a chance at the life she should have always had. I am so happy that you found her a wonderful home and she gets to be with her new mom all day. What a happy ending.

Aaaahhhh, love her little feet sticking out from under the blankets...and the other picture is adorable, I think she looks happy and content. Sorry to hear she has ongoing health issues...but thank goodness she's getting the medical care she so deserves. Once again I have to thank you for helping Ella and thank Denise for being there to finish the job you started. May you both be blessed in life...as well as Ella.
