| I generally stay out of the "pitbull" discussions because of the inherent negativity, but I also want to say this. MANY of the attacks that are attributed to "pitbulls" are not actually committed by pitbulls. There are many breeds of dogs that are mistaken for pitbulls, and I'd venture to say that the general public would have difficulty distinguishing between Cane Corso, American Bulldog, English Bulldog, Boxers, etc and the American Pitbull Terrier. THAT is my major issue with the "pitbulls are bad" discussion. That, followed (in close second) by the fact that when the dogs are not bred for aggression and are raised by caregivers who know what they are doing and aren't raising them to be aggressive, they don't turn out that way. However, to answer the OP's question...I hope it is a joke. For someone to get a pitbull and/or a yorkie from God knows who/where and put both in a house together screams disaster. Let's hope she didn't mean it the way she posted it. *shrugs*
