Oh I hope you find something cute!! I have been thinking of finding a used armoire and painting or refinishing it at some point for my furbutts. I have such tiiiiny closets I'm already spilling out of them myself! Do you think maybe a baby armoire could possibly work? They might actually be more affordable than the doggie ones and a little larger ![]() I'll be on the lookout for you!

You can get the same ones they sell at Paw Palace for a lot less at PetEdge: http://www.petedge.com/home.jsp Do make sure to pay attention to the measurements. They look big in the pictures, but most of them really don't hold that much. And I know how many clothes you have! I borrowed an idea from a member on another forum. She took two Closetmaid components from Lowes and put them together to build her own. It holds a lot more than any of the ones they sell for dog clothes. The top part is a component with two shelves. You just take the shelves out and make bars to hang the clothes on from PVC pipe. I really need another one. I have wicker baskets full of things that don't even fit in this one.

Another idea: If you have, can buy used or find a bookcase in the dimensions you want, (unfinished pine is cheap to buy new), you can add doors, use baskets instead of drawers and add a bar of pvc, or even wood closet rod which all is inexpensive. Paint it up or even wallpaper it to suit you. It will be a one of a kind treasure. I am a recycle/reuse it freak--it's like some kind of game/challenge to me. It's fashionable now, but a few years back when I was doing this, everyone thought I was nutters!
