| want carrier that looks like a purse I was wondering where I could get a carrier that looks like a purse. Big enough for a 6lb baby. Preferably very girlie! Hopefully somewhere I can use a credit card too. Anyone have any suggestions? Links? I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on it.. |

| Take a look at this one: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do...923&pid=441087. Its original price is $98, but is on sale right now for $29.99. I've previously purchased a carrier from the Gap which is the same size but a different style. It is definitely big enough for a six pounder. The one they have right now is black with sequins. I have the denim one which is already discontinued. I take my Yorkies with me everywhere and no one even knows they're in there. Plus with all the pockets I can carry all my other stuff, too. |

I would suggest checking out a carrier in a store first before ordering online. I, too, am looking for an inconspicuous carrier.

| It's bigger than a purse. Neither ends zip open.. only the top zips. It's GREAT quality.. very sturdy.. but it's a little heavier than your average purse. I've taken Lula a few random places w/me and no one ever said anything. |

Here are some more carriers you can check out. They're all available on Target's web site and are between $24.99 and $39.99. I think the brown one with the grommets is the most discreet, but the others have more pockets. | |
