define "cheap". i've seen belly band range from $3-$6 each depending on the size, fabric and quality. it's not too difficult to make it yourself. i made a few matching ones while making outfits for my babies. if you want to go really really cheap, buy some flannel or felt (fabric that doesn't fray without hemming from the craft/fabric store. sew velcro on it and you're done with very little time and under $1 each. btw, i like the belly bands i bought from puppywraps.

Belly bands are the easiest things in the world to make. Get some material and velcro. There are really nice belly bands that have a soft elastic around them, but I don't know what site they were on.

| Rena at www.barkindogclothes.com makes great belly bands, it is under misc items. You get to choose the fabric and they usually run about $4.00 and shipping is free in the US. I love getting belly bands from her, she does an excellent job. What I like most about her belly bands is that you don't need a pad like you do with most belly bands. She has an absorbent material that absorbs the moisture so no pad is really needed. You can still use a pad though if you want. She does such a good job, you won't be disappointed!!

I have 5 belly bands for sale for $10 which also includes shipping. I'm not sure what size you are looking for but they don't get much cheaper than that. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...667#post898667

Put a thin Poise pad or a thin Kotex in the pad to absorb the urine an save on the washing of the belly band. The Poise pads absorb more.
