define "cheap". i've seen belly band range from $3-$6 each depending on the size, fabric and quality. it's not too difficult to make it yourself. i made a few matching ones while making outfits for my babies. if you want to go really really cheap, buy some flannel or felt (fabric that doesn't fray without hemming from the craft/fabric store. sew velcro on it and you're done with very little time and under $1 each.
