| I have just bought the most expensive one I've gotten, I don't think it's designer - but I always buy for what is going to be the best way to carry my little guy. My favorite one right now is the one I got at Target for $12.99! |

| I just recently purchased a Celltei. I had been looking for a very long time(3 years to be exact) for a nice carrier. I had almost purchased a Sherpa. But I really did not like the boxy design for the price. To me the Sherpa was the same as the carrier I bought at petco $29.00 only the Sherpa was over $100. I purchased the Celltei because of the features not the name. There are so many nice features. I honestly do not see me needing to purchase another carrier ever again.

| the most expensive one i have is from jakes dog house and was $50. i have another from petsmart that was $10 on sale. i just don't see the sense in buying a louis vuitton for over a thousand bucks. even if i could afford a $1000 carrier i wouldn't buy one. i would feel too guilty. i feel that money should go to animals in shelters or some other needy charity. people that need that stuff are so shallow and selfish they need psychaitric care. |

This is what attracted me to the Celltei: Airline approval Seat belt spot place for a warm or cold pak depending on temps specifically meant for my size of yorkie Sturdiness of carrier spot for a h20 bottle(not sure if I will use that feature but it is there) Not heavy pockets There are other features but that was not what attracted me to it. So they are a bonus. This is a carrier that I would recommend to anyone. As I mentioned with this carrier I don't see the need for any other. For me I do not need a designer bag I needed something to met our travel needs.

I certainly won't be buying a $1000 pet carrier but I wouldn't call someone that did shallow or selfish. We all waste/splurge in certain areas. I, for one, don't buy clothes for my dog but if she were to be cold and need a sweater/coat, I might would buy that. I have a Vera Bradley pet carrier that set me back $100. We have several halter, leashes, more than we need, I've bought several bows that she hasn't worn for more than 10 minutes at a time. She simply doesn't like bows or anything on her for that matter. I've spent way too much on her, but I don't feel like we need to chastise others for what they spend their money on. If we are honest, we could all do without some things and give more to charity. Probably if I would have given to the underfed all the unnecessary meals and/or snacks I've eaten, it would solve the world hunger problem. We could feed the hungry, spay the pets, clothe & give housing to the down and out but we don't. I just don't think it is fair to throw stones at those who spend their money in ways we think are foolish and after all, we could all use a little psychiatric care.

I couldn't spend $1000 bucks either. I'm still shocked at myself that I paid what I did for my puppy. If anyone had ever told me I would spend that much on a dog, I would not have believed them.
