| urine cleaner + I'm trying to use more natural products around my house - mostly for my dogs health but also for mine. I found this product at Target, so maybe some of you have tried it. It's in the pet aisle. It's Mrs. Meyer's line of aromatherapeutic pet products. I bought the carpet cleaner, stain remover and the spray freshener. I have a bed the dogs haven't used for at least a month. I picked it up the other day and realized someone had peed on it. So, I mixed the stain remover and put it on the removable bed cover and liner. You're supposed to let it set 10 minutes but I had to leave so it was on a couple of hours. I came home and went to launder them and noticed the stains were completely gone! The smell was gone, too and I hadn't even washed them yet! I'm so excited to have found something safer to use that really works and isn't a pain to try and find on the web. I can't wait to try the carpet cleaner! I love the essential oils in it - I think they smell really good. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Do you know if you can use the carpet cleaner in a steam cleaner? I am looking for a great product to get the urine odor out of my carpets as best you can.

My Lil Man! Donating Member | I absolutely love Nature's Miracle stain and odor remover. It works wonders...I even use it on my fiance's jeans when he gets dirt or grease or whatever on them from one of his projects he likes to come up with. Lol. |

I don't know if you can or not. It has essential oils and stuff in it - would that do any damage to a steam cleaner - that's the carpet cleaner I'm thinking of. It comes in a spray bottle. The stain remover you add 1 teaspoon to a cup of warm or hot water. It says you can use it on laundering pet's bedding and add it to people laundry, too. I guess I wouldn't hesitate to put that in my steam cleaner as long as it was totally dissolved first. I have their bed all put back together with new fiber -fill stuff and it smells great. I was really afraid it was ruined.

Well, so far it's working for me. The carpet cleaner probably doesn't get down to the pad, but if you use the stain remover, it will. It took out vomit stains really well, too. I like the smell cause it doesn't smell like yucky chemicals.
