I don't know if you can or not. It has essential oils and stuff in it - would that do any damage to a steam cleaner - that's the carpet cleaner I'm thinking of. It comes in a spray bottle.
The stain remover you add 1 teaspoon to a cup of warm or hot water. It says you can use it on laundering pet's bedding and add it to people laundry, too. I guess I wouldn't hesitate to put that in my steam cleaner as long as it was totally dissolved first.
I have their bed all put back together with new fiber -fill stuff and it smells great. I was really afraid it was ruined.
