| I'm not sure if I can explain this so it makes sense or not, but I've also seen a design where the velcro is on the sides of the clothing - the connecting part goes over the head and then around the chest (kind-of like a "T") and then the straps velcro on the side of the coat/harness, dress. It makes for a very secure harness with absolutely no tightness around the neck. Something for all you coat/harness/dress makers to think about. That design would interest me, too!!!
