| She is soooo pretty. Makes me angry to hear of babies being mistreated, so good of you to take her in. Check her ears as well, especially for any black or dark brown discharge. Jolene had an bad "odor" about her right after we got her and she had a yeast infection in her right ear. I bathed her like a wild woman and noticed the discharge, took her to the vet and the ear odor was gone in two days of treatment. No problems since. The anal glands are certainly a culprit as well. Jolene was eating Iams when we first got her and she smelled like it, even though she did have the ear thing. I changed her to Innova EVO and no more doggy odor. I couldn't remember if you said she had been to the vet or not, but if not, might not be a bad idea to have her totally checked over for anything else that could be causing the odor, skin infections, teeth problems, etc. I do hope that she gets to feeling better soon. Best wishes.

| You may also want to check her ears. They are prone to have yeast infections. That puts on stinkie smell.

I do the anal glands, but only after many times being instructed by my vet. Believe me, it is not fun, so leave it to your groomer.

There are a lot of brands that make puppy shampoo and I think most if not all are tearless. I know I saw one by Bio-groom called Fluffy Puppy.
