| Sleepypod Mini - Question for owners Hi there! I really want to get a Sleepypod Mini for my furbaby, and I noticed that the carrier is about 11inches in height (which is pretty standard for airline approved carriers); however, the airline says the height under the seat is 9inches. They said the carrier can be squished down to fit under the seat. Has anyone had any experience with this? Would this jeopardize the comfort of the carrier? I'm worried to invest in this carrier without being able to take it on a plane. Thanks! |

| I have not used mine on a plane but due to their safety, I would not let them travel in anything else in our car. I have however traveled first class in a quality airline carrier. Reservations were for an aisle seat and the carrier Would Not Fit! It would fit under the window seat but that passenger would not change seats. I was very thankful for a helpful flight attendant who found a gentleman happy to move to an aisle seat & we took his window seat. I had not flown but 2 or 3 times & it was the first for my Yorkie. I guess the size under the seat can vary not only from airline to airline but in one plane. I hope you got the Sleepypod, they are wonderful and the company has excellent customer service. |
