If you could design a Kwigy Bo or Jaraden bag, how would you design it?

If I could design a new Jaraden bag. I would make it look a little more like a hobo. With no metal on it. Maybe have a faux flap that would fold over the front. I would also make it in black. Make it look as much like a handbag as possible. And also go with everything. I am not a colorful girl. Lime green is not my color. I love my black bags

I love my KB but.... I would make it shorter (height wise) My dog sits on a travel pillow and still gets choked by the side of the bag. Also make the bag lighter, and make the strap that clips onto the dogs collar a metal chain so they don't chew it. I vote for organic breathable materials, where I live it gets really hot. I want a dog purse to look as much as a regular purse as possible, no hot pink or lime green for me!

I agree... I want the bag to look like my purse. I like the hobo idea... I think there is a bag maybe by Jaraden that has the flap? I am going to look, if I find it Ill post a picture here.

I love the colors... that is just me. The truth is black and browns are more classic and the color are more seasonal. I do get tired of the colors and like to "change" them.... which is good for who ever buys my gently used bags. lol I have a lavenader one now .. so cute. I am ordering a black ..that will be a keeper.

I like colors that can go with all outfits. The bright colors of the Jaraden are too bright for use every day. I would love a Jaraden bag that was a bit larger so both my pups could fit. My KB Alex fits both pups and I use it several times a week. I'm casually looking for another bag because my Alex luxe is starting to show its age... I just can't commit to a Jaraden when both dogs can't ride in it.

I love my black Kwigy Bo croc. BUT, I would reduce its four outter pockets to two and put a big pocket on one side ( kind of like the jaraden.) That way I could just throw my big wallet in without having to transfer my license, cash and debit card to a smaller wallet every time. Did I mention I'm currently plotting ways to buy a Jaraden Soho??? Ha!

I like the Jaraden Soho, just would prefer it in black/brown. On the Kwigy Bo Alex, I would take the metal accents off. I would like something that looks much more purse like since I take Troy just about everywhere. I need something that is practical also since I don't want loose my wallet.

I absolutely LOVE this bag, but wish they made it in two sizes. It is just a little too small for me to carry both pups I need a bag that is the size of the KB Alex in large.

I DID design bags. Found a Chinese purse maker who made them for me. I just tried to locate him again recently and the link is no longer valid ( Dammit!) My bags were loosely based on the Juicy bowling bag shape and idea of one side for puppy, on side for mommie. But mine ( I got 2) are black leather, non see through black mesh, and white leather with non see through white mesh. Each one has a faux stiff floor that I can hide a couple of wee wee pads under. Then interchangeable cushion inserts that fit over the faux floor. Each has 3 inserts-A normal pillow cushion, a gel cushion for hot days and a thermal nest cushion. ( Te nest style closes the back side of the bag off with a tunnel kind if shape that has a fur lining , soft padding and insulated outer side to reflect heat back to puppy. When we were in really cold places- she could see out the front mesh side and was snug as a bug in a rug with her body and hiney. BUT.. that said.. the "Non see through" mesh is still kinda see through- especially if the light hits you right. I got caught a few times. So if I could do it again

I'd make one side a breathable stiff weave straw( lined with mesh so doggie isnt tempted to chew on straw) But this time the pups can see through the straw and people CANNOT see in. JCLA makes a bag called the smuggler that has this. I like the idea of a bag that holds its shape on one side to give pup breathing room. But unlike their version- I'd make the ends of the bag solid leather but perforated with a design. AGain you can't see through but allows air circulation. And I would also put a large compartment on the non straw side that would be my purse again. And AGain.. I love my interchangeable cushions so Idd do that again in a heart beat!

I'd make them neutral colors like Black, White/ivory, chocolate brown and Khaki/tan... possibly red....and I'd offer an option to select silver or gold hardware and zippers. OH.. and any zippers have to be METAL! I didn't think to specify that with my first two-and my black bag came with metal and the white one had plastic. THe black one is still kicking after 9 years- but the white zippers all broke after 1.
