I decided on the hot pink for Khloe and black for Couv. I was debating between baby pink/hot pink for Khloe and black/red for Couver. I guess I will see if I made the right decision when they arrive

Great choices! I would have a hard time choosing which pink too. They are both so cute.

My boys wear the black. It's very cool looking.

See why I asked you about stiffness? At first i thought it was the "darth vader" black that mare it stiff. (that's what the sales girl called it) It works out well for us. I was tempted to get a red one, I think it would look so cute. Joey's has never needed cleaning. He's not one to roll around in the grass though, even his clothes stay so clean. I think you can clean it with mild soap and water, just be careful to air dry it.

Did you get a leash? If so, do you like it?

I think the 3.5 is the only half size they have and I do have the matching leash. I got the leash that has the leather handle and the leash portion is nylon.

My Buddy Belt contact said to use a damp cloth and air dry, preferably not in the sun. He saw one BB that was dried in the back window of a car and it shrunk to half the size!

Surprisingly, I have never had to clean our BBs either. My boys come in from walks dirty, but their harnesses somehow stay clean, lol.

LOL The story reminded me of the time my father decided he was going to do laundry and put my dry-clean only wool sweaters and slacks in the wash. They all came out teeny tiny.

The BB man also said people have told him they have put the BB in the washing machine. He does not recommend doing that. It would be like washing a leather purse, or a belt.

Boy do I remember the day of wool sweaters and how they would shink, not just one or two sizes either! The inside of Joey's belt is dark grey, but I think that's just from Joey's body oils and I think that may also be why the belt is so soft. Ralphies is still light grey and much firmer.

I am thinking about getting the 6' to test out at the park, where we have more room to walk. We have the 4' and I am rather tall, and the boys still have enough leash to get into trouble. My neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks, so we have to walk in the street. Even with only 4' of leash, I have to hold the handles up to keep the guys at my side.

One of our BBs has the brownish suede interior that has darkened with age and maybe body or grooming spray oils. The other one has the white leather interior and after a year looks about the same. I was worried about the white, but it has held up.

I have the 4ft and it is plenty long enough for me Tena and I am 5'5".
