| Precision Pet Soft Side Play Pen? http://www.amazon.com/Precision-Pet-Soft-Side-Larg... I've read several positive reviews of this x-pen except there is a frequent problem with the 'floor' that is only attached with thing Velcro strips. Apparently some pooches tend to paw at the flimsy attachment and escape. Does anyone have experience with this x-pen, pro or con? Reviews also mentioned some dogs chewing their way out, but while she may surprise me (won't be the first time), Sugar's not much of a chewer. I have a jumper so I like the zipped top ~ but am concerned about her pawing her way underneath. Last edited by tjwarder; 05-12-2011 at 04:10 PM. |

| I have this one and I love it: Amazon.com: Orange Pet Dog Tent Puppy Playpen... It bottom doesn't zip. It's completely enclosed. You probably don't need a large though because it's gigantic even for my teapot. Lot's of YT'ers have this one.

Don't suppose there are any compassionate YT'ers in Austin, TX who would want to lend us an x-pen just for Saturday night . . . ? Or is there a retail store there that sells these? Might be better to return the other pen unopened and get the right one. We're going to visit our daughter and I ordered the other pen to arrive today so that Sugar could go with us and be secure at the hotel when we went to dinner. Her Snoozer carseat arrived yesterday and while she loved looking out the window on her first ride, she was a little unsure about being in the seat and tried to jump out of it. We got the safety harness/seat belt adapter and all but may have to learn how to adjust it for her. Hubby asked, "Now are we finished buying things for the dog?" I honestly told him "absolutely!" (because I had already ordered the x-pen and some bully sticks and a sweet potato chew). He'll be fine when he sees that something else has shipped, right? | |

| Actually, we have the one that you posted the link for and are very happy with it. We've had it nearly a year and both Natty and Gio stay in it, and we've never had a problem with the bottom. Sometimes, the urine goes under the pee pee pad when Gio lifts his leg so it is very convenient for me to take the bottom off and clean it outside. I just ordered the smaller on for traveling.
