| i am thinking about getting this for my baby.. we have two, but luckily we have two bikes as well... but i'd rather them be in front of me so i can watch them rather than in a carrier behind.. as long as your baby is well behaved i say go ahead and let em ride! i am gonna see if mine can handle the pipes on hubby's bike.. if not, they will only ride with me... sadly, one at a time. i may check into that backpack that straps on the front.... as far as the "should they, shoudln't they ride" is just like humans... or even your children. would you let your 10 yr old child ride behind you? probably.. well my yorkies are my babies and i'd love to take them to poker runs or out and about... *I* personally am not going to take them down to daytona or to sturgis considering it's at least a week trip.. but around my town, why not? it's just as dangerous with the rider! and again, as long as you have a behaved yorkie, then they should be fine! just DO know the risk of a motorcycle IN GENERAL!!! and i agree with a previous post.. be sure to bring extra water too! anyway here is what i found: Motorcycle Pet Carrier K9 Tank pad for harley type motorcyles by Kiapet.com

| We take Turtle on the Motorcycle all the time. The only thing that limits us is it depends on where we're going. Most places here do not allow dogs inside so I can't take her into the shops/store/restaurants we're going to then she has to stay home. But she loves to ride. I put her in this type of bag and put the shoulder strap around my body. I sit the bag on the seat between my husband and I. Varoooooooooooooooooooooooom
