| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I would like to know the answer too! Says they have more than 10 available. Sure can't beat that price if it is! Makes me think it may be a copy??? Does anyone know for sure?? Quote:

| It is a knockoff- Buddy Belts have logos on them that you can't miss, this doesn't have that. For 10 bucks I would be worried that the leather (or probably fake leather) would rub the dogs and be uncomfortable.

| I LOVE the puppia harness.. I have two (one to wear and one to wash). I also ordered one from chattiesmom because I read so many good comments about her work.

| The dog can get out of every harness, IF you dont pull when the dog is behind you and if its not too loose then it shouldnt be a proplem Fido wears harnesses in walks, I use a boett tracking harness on Fido, a Rogz harness and TopPaws harness the TopPaws harness is more loose on the neck area than the others.Fido once got out of his harness, but that was cause I weren't watching him well, and I pulled to much at the harness ( I never pull Fido, I encourage him to come to me or stop and go to him). I dont like the harnesses which are like T shirts (Puppia for example), I dont trust them :/ they dont look strong, but ive never tried them so i dont know much about them, its propably OK for a small yorkie under 3 kilos, but for my Fido I only use strong harnesses (leather or thick nylon) cause he will break it otherwise.

| This is where I got my three Yorkies their Buddy Belts (luxe) and matching leashes. They are awesome harnesses and very soft leather. They can't come out of these if they are fitted properly and not too loose. Buddy Belts, Buddy Belt Harness - FunnyFur.com

| I use the Chokefree Harness (Ultra Easy ChokeFree & PawRider Pet Seatbelt Adapter (USA)) because when I was ready to buy Buddy Belt, a friend is returning hers because the leather is too hard and injured her dog right under the armpit. However, that was a big dog and pulls harder so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. So I found a local boutique that sells both Buddy Belt and Chokefree and went there to try them. I fell in love with the soft leather of the chokefree. Quote:
As for breeder in Southern California, I got my baby from Cindy Landry. She's on the YTCA.org website. You can call and see if she has any pups right now. | |

| Yorkie Yakker | we had tried puppia and it seemed to have too much pull in it. found a great little pink harness for $8 at walmart. it is called SD (i think "simply dog"). it's just like the puppia IMO but more sturdy, yet still comfy, and much less expensive. |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | My Sophie is seven months old and she has escaped from a cloth harness with velcro and a clip at the neck by going backwards and pulling. This really scared me. I want to buy a buddy belt but I am not sure what size. She measures 15 inches around. I found them on ebay and amazon. Do they run big or small? I have a step in harness made from mesh but I have such a hard time using it because I have bad hands. Any sugestions? |
