| That is the actual name of it too -- Zim's Crack Cream. First time I saw it I "cracked" up! But the Crack Cream is not for the butt -- that is what the Beaudraux's Butt Paste is for!

| I have seen it at Walgreens and Tractor Supply Store. I was wondering if it works because I have really dry hands, now I have to go buy some for myself.

| Yes you need to get this. $10 for a huge tin you will most likely never finish in your lifetime. Way better and more economical than those expensive fancy cuticle creams and such. Stays on pretty good after you wash your hands too.

| Thank you for this thread. Glad I don't have to worry about Max licking the bag balm. We had to use it today on a scraped paw. I also used it on my rough feet and hands. What a relief! Quote:
Max is like Uni -- I've been telling him to stop scratching his head this week, and he has been listening to me. | |

| I bought some Bag Balm. It seems like it really works, but the smell is horrible. LOL!

| My issue with Bag Balm is that Max continually licks the pads on his feet when I apply it, causing even more dryness. We are creating a vicious cycle. Can I just apply vaseline for cracked pads?

| Would he wear boots once you put on the lotion? That would keep him from licking them.

He wore them for an hour yesterday but when I took them off he went right for his paws. He loves the taste.

| The problem I have with Vaseline is the bacteria levels and his ingesting it. But, if it works for you....give it a try....
