I am going to try replacing the plastic bottle with a glass one - I'm either ordering one of the Lixit glass bottles or seeing if Petsmart has glass bottles. My main concern is whether a different nozzle will fit through the openings on this stand. I think it should fit easily, but we'll see.

Given the other designs of water bottle stands I've seen (& and I'm sure there are many I haven't seen), yes I would order this one again. In fact, I am planning to order another for a different room. It's heavy & sturdy & I think would be pretty hard to tip over, and the clear material helps it to blend in and not be so obvious. The longer I have it the more I like it, actually.

I just placed an order for another of these water bottle stands. It's just taken a few days but all of my babies have gotten used to it (Alex, my oldest, is still just a bit hesitant but he knows the water is in there). This really is so much better than dripping wet, dirty faces.

I'm going to try a glass bottle too and see if it fits in the pvc pipe one that my husband made. Of course I'm still waiting for him to paint the stand ! so it doesn't look like a white pvc pipe standing in the kitchen the boys love it tho!!
