I placed an order with divashop.com on 2/4 and now a month later I still haven't received my stuff

I tried calling and every time I call, all I get is their answering machine. I called again this morning and left a message but so far no one has called me back.

I guess I will go ahead and e-mail them too and see if I get a response that way

I was just wondering if anyone here has ever placed an order with them and had any problems?

I just realized that I think it is the same people that used to run the web site Diva Pup.com (puppy mill/brokers)

Funny though, that site has been suddenly taken down

I hope I hear from them too...but I am not holding out much hope. Guess I will just have to report them! Oh well, their loss!

How dis you pay them? If by credit card then call the company and dispute the charge. If they are still in business they will call you, and if they are not you will get your money back.

Well I paid online with my debit/mastercard...I guess I need to call the bank tomorrow and see what they can do

This just sucks because I REALLY wanted the stuff I ordered

almost everything on that site can be found elsewhere... if you have a list of the items names that you order, I could try and help you find them from some other sites... on their display page they have some things, and I know a few places that have those exact same items... at least if you call and dispute it with your bank youll get your money back- and then you can buy it from another site = )

Nope, sorry I haven't ordered from them. I visited the site, and a message keeps pooping up that their SSL certificate expired on February 1. Maybe they're not maintaining the website anymore?

Oh I know, I basically just ordered it from them because it showed the items as being on sale on their web site. Little did I know I was never going to get the stuff though

If so I of course wouldn't have ordered from them.

I did find what I ordered on other sites...all except one thing, but I guess I will just have to keep checking around

Oh I am sorry to hear this.. gee whiz.. that is frustrating... there is a sale thread going right now.. a seller, selling clothing that she use to sell to retail stores.. getting rid of what she has.. some nice things at great prices..
