almost everything on that site can be found elsewhere... if you have a list of the items names that you order, I could try and help you find them from some other sites... on their display page they have some things, and I know a few places that have those exact same items... at least if you call and dispute it with your bank youll get your money back- and then you can buy it from another site = )
