| Update on Pure Canine? I haven't been on YT for a while, so I did a search and found out that I'm not the only one who hasn't received my order from www.purecanine.com. I should've filed with PayPal long ago, but I trusted them since they were a featured seller on here, and others have gave good reviews on them. Well, when I finally decided to file with PayPal, I realized that it had been past the 45 days that they allow you to file a dispute. I think I paid using either my PayPal balance or my bank account, so that means I can't do a chargeback on my credit card. Is it possible at all to do a charge back if I paid with my bank account? Has anyone received their items or gotten their money back? Or better yet, has anyone been able to get a hold of the owner?

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Did you use your debit card from your bank account or just the account itself. If you used it as a debit card then you can probably do a charge back. I would contact your bank and make some noise about the store and not receiving the items. Just checked their site and it says that they are going out of business. Try to act fast.

| Just a thought. Pure Canine was selling GoFetch merchandise. Maybe Des at GoFetch would be able to help you get in touch with the Pure Canine folks. |

| That really stinks! I can't believe the nerve of some people! I noticed they were going out of business a while back. I'd love some petsilk shampoo/conditioner but there's no way I'll make an order. He hasn't seemed to be able to send out orders for quite some time, I can't understand why he's still taking people's money. |

| If you did not file within the 45 days paypal does not really help much, however if you call them at their customer service number and make a big stink about how the seller took your money and never sent anything they may be willing to offer a refund...at least it's worth a try if you cannot do the bank chargeback. I hope this does not happen to too many other members.

| Oh wow, haven't been on for awhile as I'm too busy and I'm surprised to her. Sorry to hear, what a bummer. That's just wrong, bad karma. I hope you get your money back. Another though, if you paid via paypal with cc, perhaps you can file a claim with your cc company, called a chargeback. |

| Thanks for your suggestions, everyone! Unfortunately, I don't think there's much I can do at this point, I guess I have to call it a loss. I don't even think it would be worth it to go through all the hassle to get back $12. I'm just glad it wasn't for a huge amount of money. I still would've liked the Petsilk hairgel for my baby though Sassypup, I didn't pay using a CC, so unfortunately I can't do a chargeback. Thanks for the heads up about the 60-90 days though, I'll definately keep that in mind for the future

| Yeah that happened to me. I had placed quite a big order and never got it. I filed with paypal finally after never receiving any kind of answer. I never heard a word to this day... |
