Thanks for your suggestions, everyone! Unfortunately, I don't think there's much I can do at this point, I guess I have to call it a loss. I don't even think it would be worth it to go through all the hassle to get back $12. I'm just glad it wasn't for a huge amount of money. I still would've liked the Petsilk hairgel for my baby though
