I haven't been on YT for a while, so I did a search and found out that I'm not the only one who hasn't received my order from
www.purecanine.com. I should've filed with PayPal long ago, but I trusted them since they were a featured seller on here, and others have gave good reviews on them. Well, when I finally decided to file with PayPal, I realized that it had been past the 45 days that they allow you to file a dispute. I think I paid using either my PayPal balance or my bank account, so that means I can't do a chargeback on my credit card. Is it possible at all to do a charge back if I paid with my bank account? Has anyone received their items or gotten their money back? Or better yet, has anyone been able to get a hold of the owner?
