bought one Thanks everyone for their input, I finally got one from a local store for Duke. He's 14weeks and I bought a Small, seems to fit him ok. We tried it for a few min today, I want to slowly train him to walk with it.

We use a Shnoozy harness. The vest is outlined in a striking color so that it can be seen. In addition, there is a reflector material at the top where the leash is fastened. We're happy with this brand. We bought it locally at the Harbor Pet store, Greenport, Long Island. In fact, we have two. One is trimmed in reflector orange and the other in lime green. We also purchased the matching reflector leash for when we walk him on summer evenings. Hope this information is helpful.

I have the one that slips over the head. Overall, I like it. Although I think that I would like the step in better. The only problem is that the puppy class I am taking requires that the leash snaps to the front of the harness, rather than the back. On the vest that goes over the head the ring is in the front. On the step in, the ring is in the back. Maybe after Cooper is an expert walker I will buy him a step in!

So I bought the vest and put it on Duke, although he's having a hard time walking with it, he spins around in it and wants to run instead of walk...does this mean that I should take him to a puppy class? I slowly walk and don't leave him a lot of leash to run far from me, but he still wants to run instead of walk.... any advice would help, thanks,

| I got the Aqua puppia vest today, and got the leash on ebay to match. I don't have our puppy yet to try it out, but im wondering if they are able to wear sweaters over the vest? Is it too bulky for that?
